The Care Collective is a minority- and women-owned company founded by social workers who share a deep commitment to supporting parents and educators. Our story began in a New York City school, where our founders first met as colleagues. In that setting, they saw—and personally experienced—the realities of educator burnout, the weight of balancing professional demands with the challenges of parenting, and the urgent need for wellness within school communities.
